Program Fees

A non-refundable annual registration fee of $50 is due at the time of enrollment.

Full-Time Program

Before & After School

$120 per week

Daily Attendance

• Morning Only: $11 per day

• Afternoon Only: $13 per day

• Full Day (AM & PM): $24 per day

Weekly Part-Time Options

• Morning Only: $55 per week

• Afternoon Only: $65 per week

*NOTICE: These fee amounts are for the school year ONLY, and do not apply to any other camps. The registration fee policy of $50, does however, apply to ALL camps.*

Tuition reserves your child's space in our program.

Tuition is based on your child's enrollment schedule, not attendance.

Because staffing and program costs remain consistent, tuition remains due when:

• Your child is absent

• Kid Adventures is closed due to weather or emergency closures

• Tuition remains due for scheduled holidays that occur on your child's regular attendance days. Tuition is not charged during scheduled school vacation closures lasting more than two consecutive days.

• Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 30 days may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current. Families experiencing temporary financial hardship are encouraged to contact the Director to discuss payment arrangements.

• Scholarships may be available through the New Hampshire DHHS Child Care Scholarship Program for eligible families.

Our Director is happy to assist families with the application process.

• Families receiving child care scholarship assistance remain responsible for any balance not covered by the scholarship.

•  Families are responsible for promptly reporting any changes that may affect scholarship eligibility.

Families enrolling two or more children receive a 5% discount on the tuition of the child with the lowest tuition rate.

• Invoices are issued every two weeks through Brightwheel.

• Invoices are sent on the last Friday of each billing period.

• Payment is due within three (3) days of receiving your invoice.

• Payments may be made through Brightwheel or by cash or check.

Need a different payment schedule? Please contact the Director to discuss available payment arrangements.

 Accounts with unpaid balances more than 30 days overdue, may be subject to late fees, suspension of services, or termination of enrollment if payment arrangements have not been made with the Director.

 Families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to contact the Director as soon as possible to discuss payment options.

Kid Adventures closes promptly at 6:00 PM.

A late fee of $1.00 per minute, per child will be charged beginning at 6:01 PM.

Repeated late pick-ups may result in changes to your enrollment status.

Families wishing to withdraw from Kid Adventures must provide two weeks' written notice to the Director.

Tuition remains due during the two-week notice period.

Outstanding balances must be paid in full before withdrawal is complete.

A $35 returned check/returned payment fee will be assessed for any check or any payment through the Brightwheel App that has been returned due to insufficient funds.

After two returned checks (or two declined Brightwheel payments), future payments may be required by cash in advance.

Summer and February Freeze Camp tuitions are separate from the school-year program.

Summer and February Freeze Camp tuitions will be posted in a timely fashion.
